Gutter Cleaning
Keeping your gutters clean is vital, especially when going into the wet winter weather.
The team at Paragon make use of a variety of methods to clean your debris-filled gutters, including either making use of the SkyVac gutter vacuum, the gutter-cleaning hook on our pressure cleaner, or if all else fails we will get up on the roof to remove any muck left behind.

Why Get The Gutters Cleaned?
Having clogged gutters for an extended time prevents effective drainage of rain water and leads to long-term damage to your property that can be very expensive to fix. Gutters are not designed to hold water - they are intended to quickly move excess rainwater away from the roof and either into the ground or into a drain.
Trapped rainwater can lead to growth of grasses and other weeds/plants in the gutters. This results in further water entrapment as well as water spilling over the gutter edges and may lead to fascia board rotting to occur.
When rainwater regularly runs down building walls, it can cause an increase in mould spores on internal walls, insulation, windows, and ceilings. In extreme cases, foundations can become compromised from trapped water pooling around the building.
Keeping gutters free flowing, regardless of their types, is a critical part of property maintenance.
How Often Are Cleans Performed?
How often cleans are performed depends on your particular property. We will be happy to suggest a timeframe when we provide you a quotation. We do, however, recommend that your gutters are cleaned twice per annum - in spring and in autumn.
