Carpet Cleaning
It isn't always obvious that your carpets are dirty... but it is unbelievable how much dirt, dust, hair and other grime is stuck in the carpet fibres in homes and businesses.
Vacuuming a carpet can only remove some of the everyday grime... just think about the last time you spilt tea on the carpet, the last time the dog drooled on it or the baby threw up on it... if you haven't had your carpets washed since then, there are still remnants of these events, even if you can't see them with the naked eye.

What Carpet Cleaning Services Are Available?
Hot Water Extraction
We make use of a carpet cleaning method known as Hot Water Extraction.
Hot water extraction is a method used by many professional carpet cleaners owing to its effectiveness.
The first step in the process is to give the carpet a good vacuum.
A solution of hot water and carpet cleaning "shampoo" is then applied to the carpet that is to be cleaned.
From there, the carpet is "agitated" to help the shampoo and water penetrate the fibres of the carpet and to assist with lifting dirt and hair to the surface of the carpet.
The final step in the standard process is to make use of a hot water vacuum with a rinsing solution. This machine simultaneously shoots hot water and rinsing agent into the carpet, and vacuums the carpet to remove as much water and detergent as possible.
Carpet Stain Removal
Removing stains from carpets is not the simplest process, and we are in the process of upskilling in this area.
We are able to assist with lightening most stains, and removing some types of stains altogether.
Stain removal is easiest when you can let us know exactly what type of stain it is, eg wine, ink, urine, etc. This is best as we are able to make use of the correct chemicals to deal with the stain without needing to go through a process of elimination, which takes us more time and costs you more money.
